Cancellation Policy

At Belair Beauté Bar, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation terms:

Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable, but we understand that life happens.
If you're unable to attend your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to another treatment or rescheduled appointment, provided proper notice is given.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee and may forfeit their deposit.
